Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of PowerSCOAR, a product of Powerplay One GmbH. By using PowerSCOAR you agree to use the diagnostic outputs for your organisation's internal strategic purposes. PowerSCOAR outputs are advisory tools, not legal, financial or investment advice.

1. Scope — Free PowerSCOAR and Full Diagnostic

The Free PowerSCOAR (Fast Lane) is provided free of charge, as-is, for self-assessment and evaluation purposes. It runs entirely in your browser and does not create any contract, service relationship or fiduciary duty between you and Powerplay One GmbH.

The Full Diagnostic is a paid engagement governed by a separate signed services agreement, including an explicit Data Processing Agreement. These Terms cover the marketing site and the free flow; the paid engagement is covered by its own contract.

2. Not advice

PowerSCOAR outputs — the score, the potential bars, the ranked initiatives and the per-initiative uplift estimates — are educational and diagnostic in nature. They are not financial advice, legal advice, investment recommendations, operational guarantees or sporting-performance predictions. Any decisions you make based on PowerSCOAR output remain your own responsibility.

3. Calibration status

PowerSCOAR combines methodology-derived defaults (tier-median calibrations, per-initiative KPI-share signatures, leading-indicator metrics) with empirical validation data as it accumulates. The methodology-derived defaults are directional estimates, transparent in the report, and documented in the Methodology Limits section.

4. Intellectual property

The PowerSCOAR framework — including the six-sub-dimension architecture, three-KPI rollup, tier model, scoring formulas, initiative library and roadmap engine — is the intellectual property of Powerplay One GmbH. You may reproduce results from your own assessment for internal use. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute or commercialise the methodology.

5. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Powerplay One GmbH shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the free PowerSCOAR. Liability for the Full Diagnostic is set out in the separate services agreement.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich.

Data & Privacy

Free PowerSCOAR — the Fast Lane

The free PowerSCOAR diagnostic (Fast Lane, ~20 minutes) runs entirely in your browser. Your answers, intermediate scores and the resulting roadmap live in your tab's memory and are discarded when you close the tab. Nothing is transmitted to Powerplay One during the free flow — no server-side storage, no cookies, no fingerprinting, no third-party analytics.

Full Diagnostic — the paid engagement

When you book a Full Diagnostic we process confidential organisational data — revenue and distribution structures, rights and sponsorship terms, commercial mix, staffing, governance answers and free-text strategic context — to compute your validated attractiveness score, capability repository and narrative roadmap. We process this data under the following commitments:
